Welcome to Classic Cottons! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please read our policy below:

Returns

  • You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@clasiccottons.com to request a return authorization. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
  • Please note that items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached, to be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team at support@clasiccottons.comto request an exchange authorization. Once your exchange is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you want to exchange is out of stock, we will issue a refund for the returned item and notify you when the new item is available for purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at support@clasiccottons.com within 7 days of delivery to report the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and for it to be reflected in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:
    • Gift cards
    • Clearance or sale items
    • Personalized or custom-made items
